Yes and no: Fuzeon (enfuvirtide) is a fusion inhibitor. It is not a first line agent in the treatment of HIV. Firstly, its an injection. Secondly, its twice a day. Thirdly, almost everyone that uses Fuzeon (enfuvirtide) get a reaction at the site of injection. So just because its effective doesn't mean its a practical choice for most people. Finally, it requires refrigeration.
