No: How do you FEEL? The "ideal weight" charts are subscience. You're a person, not a number. Many elite track-and-field athletes are "underweight". If you can stay competitive in your favorite sport and feel okay, stop worrying. If you want to put on muscle, eat sensibly and do resistance training daily on different groups.
