It depends: As little as nothing - as not all food that hasn't been properly handles spoils, or a serious as a life-threatening infection related to contaminated/spoiled food. If this has happened to you, watch out for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea or fevers. These symptoms would suggest a brewing toxin/infectious process that should warrant evaluation.
