Phychiatrist: Need the help of a pediatrician and also a phychiatrist to make the complete diagnosis..Need to use your specialists when their input is warranted.

No: But they should refer you to a psychiatrist to do a proper evaluation. A good evaluation should take at least an hour and an hour and a half is better. If less than an hour go somewhere else. Take care.
