Diagnostic criteria = onset before age 10 of significant symptoms of inattention &/or hyperactivity that cause harmful dysfunction at home & school or work for at least 6 mos. After evaluating you for neurological & systemic illnesses that cause pain, vertigo & diminished attention span, your PCP will know if you need referrals to ENT, neurology &/or psychiatry.
