New rash: Rash over joints is hard to diagnose without a visual or more information. If you call in for a consult I would be glad to look at it. Does she had swelling or pain in these joints? Is the skin thickened in these area? Has she had this rash ever before? What is new in her environment? These are all important to know to even guess what could be.
