Gastroenteritis: Gastroenteritis is usually caused by viral infection. It can cause nausea, vomiting, and dry heaving, in addition to other symptoms like abdominal pain had fevers. It is usually self-limited and will usually improve in one to three days. Be sure to drink lots of liquids to stay hydrated. Good luck.
