Mastitis: The white discharge is not breast milk unless you have recently delivered. I suggest hot or warm compresses for both breasts, an OB examination, antibiotics, and if you are lactating, you need to manually express the breasts until empty. Discuss this with your OB, they can relieve much of your pain and suffering
