Do the math.: You would have to burn off about 2300 more calories a day than you take in for 30 days in a row to lose this much weight in one month. Unless you are extremely active physically or very obese, it would be difficult for you to maintain your nutritional requirements with such a drastic calorie deficit. You should do this only under the supervision of a licensed medical proessional.
