Sensitive Skin: there are prescription antiperspirants, but they are not what you would consider mild. They are mostly for people with excessive sweat. It may not be a bad idea to see a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.

Drysol: I'm sure you've done the basics: antibacterial soap at least twice a day, dry skin well, apply cornstarch to odor-prone zones. Drysol (aluminum chloride hexahydrate) is the most commonly prescribed prescription antiperspirant, I believe. It is pretty harsh so I'm hopeful your skin can tolerate; perhaps you'll only need it a couple times a week. Surgery & botox are more extreme options. Good luck!
