GetTheeToADoctorry..: Based on what you have written, it will be best if you see a doctor if this pattern repeats itself one or two more times or you start to feel worse before then. There is a host of things that may cause this (some serious) and so if it doesn't go away quickly, get it checked out. In the meantime take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the fever and keep up with fluids and if you work, take a day or two off.
