No: Rib fractures take time to heal... Usually 6 weeks. Nothing to do to speed the healing ... Just don't re- injure them ! Best of luck!

Nothing: We don't really know of any dietary supplements that help a fracture heal faster. On the other hand, nicotine and NSAIDs have been shown to delay fracture healing and should be avoided.
