Timing: Cold: Low-grade fever, poor appetite, fatigue, symptoms among close contacts in the previous week. Allergies: Itching, sneezing spells, maybe seasonal, helped by antiihistamine. Family history of same. Either condition can lead to bacterial sinusitis if there has been nasal congestion for >10 days. These are just generalizations.
