Yes the military: provides medical care for recruits who are injured at boot camp. If the injury is minor, it is usually treated by an athletic trainer or paramedic. If the injury is major, the recruit would get care at the medical center affiliated with the base where s/he is located. If the major injury is permanent, the recruit might be receive an honorable medical discharge.
