More info needed: Something doesn't compute. The question suggests you were given azithromycin for an STD, probably chlamydia -- but that usually is a single dose, not 2 days treatment. The symptoms of chlamydia or other STDs should clear quickly, and chlamydia doesn't cause burning pain. Probably you have something more than chlamydia, maybe herpes or yeast. Keep avoiding sex and contact the doctor treating you.
