Congratulations!: I'm guessing you have discovered your hyoid bone. Don't worry, as the hyoid bone is just the equivalent of a wishbone in a chicken or a turkey. One can look up pictures of where the hyoid is, by Googling "hyoid". If what you've found is not the hyoid, a primary care doctor can evaluate your discovery.
