The pain is on the right side inside my throat (stabbing pain) but it feels like one of the bones in my neck is moving around and stabbing me in the back of my throat, it hurts when i swallow and it gives me massive headaches, jaw is also in pain?

Infection: Unless you had some severe cervical injury, this is most likely an infection. Please get evaluated by your doctor as soon as,possible,to get treatment. Good luck
