Can't form: an opinion without further details.It is very common to find incidental benign lesions(for example hemangiomas) within vertebral bodies on MRI which have no significance and require no treatment, and which are difficult or impossible to detect on CT.Also, they are so innocuous that some radiologists don't mention them. But can't tell with limited info in your case. Your doc may be able to explain
