Give it some time: I wouldn't worry about your fertility. You're young and you've already proven that you can get pregnant and deliver a baby so you're way ahead of the game. If the problem is pain and you had an IUD, I would give it some time and some ibuprofen since your uterus is getting used to not having an IUD anymore. Make sure you're on prenatal vitamins if trying to conceive.
