POTS: sounds like POTS....please see an electrophysiologist for counseling and treatment. Other than avoiding dehydration, medicines such as florinef (fludrocortisone) or midodrine or beta-blockers may be indicated. But you need to be evaluated and under the care of an electrophysiologist.

I was diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension 2 years ago but I never had a table tilt test. Should I trust the doctor or look for a second opinion?
Tilt table test had heart rate and BP moving away (max hr167) from each other so is it pots or postural hypotension how will doctors decide?
How is orthostatic intolerance/dysautonomia diagnosed when episodic? Frequent episodes of low bps, lethargy, Lightheaded, enough to effect life. This despite fluids and salt. Tilt table will likely be normal since sx aren't daily. Have stable lupus?
