Bang, Zoom!!: Nope. Sounds OK to me......so far. But if the headache worsens and/or you get nauseous, vomit, or your vision gets blurry--well, you know, anything worrisome, then get checked-out. But a mild to moderate headache and local tenderness is to be expected. And some mild headache or a little light-headedness or queasy feeling might hang on for a few days.

Persisting Headache: Persisting headache after head injury needs to be checked To be on safe side if the headache is persisting after 8 hours you should get checked preferably in ER where they can do a Cat Scan quickly It may be nothing but do not take chances
