I am 16. i get 8hrs. of sleep everynight. but don't feel like i am getting enough. my parents shake me but i still do not get up. what do i do?

Could be normal, but: daytime drowsiness after 8 hours sleep may indicate interrupted sleep pattern. See your pediatrician to determine if a sleep study is in order. You might also try downloading a sleep app to see if you toss and turn during sleep (though these apps don't always work 100%). It is normal for teens to be difficult to rouse in the morning, but not normal to be sleepy during the day. Good luck!
