Ulnar Nerve: symptoms that worsen as the day progresses and resolve with sleep may be due to something else like Thoracic Outlet Syndrome or C8 cervical radiculopathy. Parasthesias occur in the 5th and 4th fingers. With C8 issues there is often radiation of the discomfort from the base of the neck to the fingers. If due to cervical spondylolisthesis or a disk protrusion reclining may take the pressure of roots
