Controversial: It is controversial, because there is no absolute guarantee of immunity even with standard immunizations. But for german measles, some use pulsatilla and the rubella nosode. For red measles (roseola): aconitum napellus, arsenicum album, morbillinum, pulsatilla, and varicellinium. Personally, i don't do this -- and treat homeopathically from what the patient actually presents.
