Various reasons: I am so sorry about your miscarriage. Please know that they are common and beyond tur control. It happens. Bleeding after a miscarriage may be irregular at first. It's not normal if you have fever or heavy clots. Check a urine Preg test 2 weeks after the loss to make sure the hormone is gone. If still present, you may need a sonogram and blood test to see if all is clear from the uterus.
