Likely unrelated...: 3 yrs after gb out, more likely causes are irritation of the stomach or first part of the small intestine (gastritis, duodenitis) ulcers of the same (gastric or duodenal ulcer), or a common stomach infection ('stomach flu'). Rest, stay on clear liquids, drink enough to keep your urine light yellow. To help the diarrhea follow a brat diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. See dr if not better.

Doubt it's related: Seeing bile in vomitus is common because bile is often in the stomach (it percolates upstream about 4 inches into the stomach). It is unlikely to be related to your prior surgery. The good news is that if you do see bile, it means the "main" bile duct is not obstructed. I'd look for other causes of n/v. (viral, food poisoning, flu, etc.).
