No you can not: If you missed three pills and you were sexually active then you can NOT rely on the pill this month to prevent pregnancy. Withdrawal bleeding occurs from you not taking the pills daily. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test 2 weeks after intercourse. Consider switching to an IUD to avoid these scares.
