Sores scabs: May be folliculitis ( skin infection) , fungus, bites( unusual spot) or eczema- unusual spot for eczema- could sill be herpes because if you had it once it says in your system forever and intermittently recurs (cold sores on mouth are herpes as well) may need antiboitics/antifungals, either oral or topical, wash twice a day and keep dry could try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream). f/u with doc/ urgent care w/in 48 hours
