Time for a CT scan: Some people can have scar tissue develop to the abdominal wall/rib area. This is fixable. A CT scan with IV contrast should be acquired to make sure it isn't something else such as injury to the right hepatic artery or duct system. If there is a structure of the bile duct, it can give you pain with normal labs.
