Have someone look: it is either a skin (scalp) problem or muscle spasms such as neck. Have someone look and tell you if there's a rash or redness or hair loss. Otherwise pinch your shoulder and neck muscles to see if you get the same burning pain. In which case You could try acetaminophen or nonprescription analgesic.I don't think it would be a problem in the cranial bone or in the brain (in case you are wondering).
