Hello i have a reddish/pink bump with white fluid on my penis two weeks now . i think it's getting smaller after wash with chamomile but still concern?

Hard to tell...: I'm having trouble visualizing this. If it's a typical pimple, and if you're not at risk for STD (new partner, partner with others, etc), maybe nothing need be done. If it's an open sore, or if you have discharge from the urethra, or if the "white fluid" is under the foreskin, you need to be professionally evaluated ASAP. See your GP, or perhaps your nearest NHS GUM clinic.
