One should...: Right now, one should promise never to do that again. Eat healthy foods from now on, and only occasionally snack on Reese's cups (they have too much sugar; otherwise dark chocolate plus peanut butter are not that bad). Plus, avoid drinking things with more than a scant amount of sugar. If more symptoms occur, they may not be due to the junk food, so a doctor should evaluate if more problems arise.
