Could be arthritis : I have had many patients over the years tell me when it was going to rain based on their various joint pains. It may have something to do with changes in barometric pressure. Pressure receptors : Your joints have pressure receptor nerve endings that sense from the name , pressure. When the rain comes or weather changes, the atmospheric pressure changes and joints with pathology can be stimulated. Common with arthritic knees.
