Pressure and temp: A few studies have shown that especially for people with arthritis and healed fractures, joint pain can change based on outside weather. We have pressure receptors that can be could be triggered when outside pressure changes -like when it rains. Temperature changes during stormy weather can also account for the pain. I wouldn't worry too much if you're having a little pain, though.
