Options to find out: The feel of your testicles is not a reliable way to determine if you have viable sperm. If you are concerned and have been having trouble conceiving with your wife it is worthwhile seeing a specialist. They can run tests on your sperm to determine how many and in what condition they are in. Only then can you find out what your chances of conceiving are. IVF is also an option. Talk to your doctor.
