Not a good idea: fasting is the wrong way to lose weight,fasting will slow your metabolism,and make your body retain fat, and water,and make you gain weight. you are 17 if you do want to lose weight,first you have to see a doctor to make sure you do not have a metabolism disorder that could be corrected by medication,like thyroid problem for example. there is no short cut,or a fast way to weight loss.
