Here are some ...: Urine transparency may widely vary hour to hour, day to day, reflecting urine acidity resulting from metabolizing what you consume; so, it's okay at times to see some cloudiness in urine as long as voiding comfortably and having unremarkable urinalysis from properly collected urine specimen is. See below: As a rule of thumb, if a change in urine is only experienced once or just for a day, then it’s only benign and you have absolutely nothing to worry about. If it persisted for more than a couple of days and it’s accompanied by other symptoms, then a medical diagnosis is needed and you should see a physician.
