Urethritis: This could be several things. Men can have chlamydia with little to no symptoms. I doubt its gonorrhea. Its referred to as urethritis. Virus can easily cause this as well. The thing is, you may not need to take anything at all. Is there swelling in your groin, fevers, cold sweats etc? HIV is much less likely to cause anything like this.
