Common causes: are ovarian cyst, uti, kidney stone, diverticulitis, colitis, shingles. But it can be appendicitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, or something even more serious. If pain persists, see a doctor for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
