Not sure..: That i understand your question. Acute traumatic injury, being struck on one side, can cause internal damage like in a bad car accident. Just having external pressure placed on one side of the body would not cause damage unless it were a very heavy large object of many hundreds of pounds. Internal gas pressure would not cause bleeding.
