Pelvic pain : Depending on what cycle day you are, this could be ovulatory pain. Other causes of pelvic pain include endometriosis, ovarian cysts/rupture, or bowel cramping. Remember that not all pelvic pain in gynecologic in origin. Aleve (naproxen) 2 tablets twice a day can be very helpful for these types of pains. If it persists or worsens, call your doctor or visit an urgent care clinic.
