Hi. i have a embarrasing problem dont feel comfortable going to the doctors , i have a boil near my anus , sometimes its painfull sometimes its not. can i treat this at home? its like a little lump.

Boil: Would recommend that you not do this. Usually due to a bacteria called Staph aureus, and if improperly treated can become quite serious and spread to other areas. Doctors look at areas like this all the time and there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Good luck and hope this helps.
