What causes a tilted uterus in women with spina bifida? how can it be treated without surgery or medication

Not a problem: A tilted uterus is just a variation of normal and does not need treatment. If it is prolapsed then the spina bifida could be pat of the cause. The spinal nerves control the pelvic floor muscles and these may be weakened in spina bifida.
