Counseling: Counseling is tremendously effective and should be a part of any comprehensive treatment of anxiety. She will be able to discuss feelings freely in this environment, which will help her gain insight about her anxiety triggers. Counselors are also great at helping those with anxiety create a " bag of tricks" so to speak with regard to self managing anxiety on a daily basis.
