Have sinus infection. got prescribed cipro (ciprofloxacin) 500mg 2x day. can i still take multivitamins, drink coffee and take my 5-htp supplement?

Sinusitis: Yes you can take all of those. It is usually unnecessary to take antibiotics for acute sinusitis. Try irrigation with saline using a Neti-pot (see pharmacist), and using a decongestant and see what happens.
