Depends: If you have always had irregular periods but had a baby, that's good news. Usually, when a woman has irregular periods, it's because she ovulates irregularly. This could be a problem if you're trying to get pregnant within a certain time frame or if your periods are very heavy & prolonged. Some women with irregular periods also have polycystic ovary syndrome. You should be checked for this.
