May be normal: The hormonal changes one's body goes through during a menstrual cycle can cause the nausea, fatigue, bloating - etc that can also go along with pregnancy. Those symptoms are very normal part of the menstrual cycle, and are very non-specific, so they can't be relied upon (alone) to determine if you are pregnant.
