Hard to say without-: You do have irregular periods and are spotting 10 days before your periods. It is difficult to say what is causing that.It may be related to hormones or related to uterine disease You did not say how old you are and how long you have been having irregular periods I will suggest you get yourself checked with a thorough History and Physical Exam to find the cause.And answer your question
