Wait patiently: I know it's very difficult especially when you want something so bad. I recommend making sure your hormone levels are appropriate before trying again. Thyroid issues can alter your cycles and ovulation. Recheck your test in 1-2 weeks. Also typically after 2-3 miscarriages you may want to consider a work up to figure out if there are other causes.
