I have painless external thrombosed hemorrhoid. how can i treat it at home?

Avoid constipation: Constipation and pushing hard to have a bowel movement can cause hemorrhoids. Avoid constipation by increasing fiber in your diet or adding a fiber supplement. A stool softener can also help. Once you stop pushing hard the hemorrhoid sometimes shrinks. Make sure a physician like a colorectal surgeon or gastroenterologist looks at it to make sure it is not cancer or warts (not likely to be cancer).
